Pixel
"Pixel" is a series of color dots arranged in a grid, inspired by natural structures. The works create calm, rhythm and depth and support the viewer's sense of well-being. Areas of color and honeycomb-like net structures form vibrating color spaces in which the eye comes to rest and yet always discovers something new.
The pixels play different roles in the building: as a continuous frieze in corridors that breaks up monotony; as narrow, vertical sequences in waiting areas that are reminiscent of ECG curves; and as soft pastel shades in patient rooms that deliberately soothe. In this way, movement, orientation and relaxation are visually supported - from the main corridor to the room of silence.
Intactus
273 flush-mounted LED strips shine in the joints of the wooden acoustic panels in the entrance hall. Their ascending and descending rhythm is reminiscent of a heartbeat and creates a restrained yet haunting interplay of light and shadow. The acoustic function is retained and the atmosphere is subtly charged.
On entering, Intactus frames visitors and guides them visually into the space. Depending on the angle of view, new traces of light emerge: calm, breathing, vital. The installation makes the place tangible - without words, but with a clear gesture of presence and vitality.
Transplantation
An abstract needle with red thread draws a floating line from the covered entrance area to the inner courtyard. Loops and a knot mark the main entrance like a pulsating heart; above this, the line continues expansively and ends in the courtyard. The stainless steel sculpture remains delicate, yet precisely positioned.
Transplantatio anchors the new building in its surroundings and connects the visual axes of the floors. From outside to inside, from inside to outside, constantly changing views are created. The thread does not touch any supports - it spans relationships: between arrival and stay, intermediate space and destination, technology and poetry.
