VISION

I develop sculptures and site-specific works that change spaces, pose questions and make themes visible. My projects combine artistic ideas, architectural thinking and social attitudes. The starting point is always the dialog with the site - whether in public space, as part of art-in-architecture projects or in exhibitions. Light, scale, materiality and movement become means of opening up places anew and inviting people to perceive these spaces differently.

I am interested in art that is approachable and becomes part of everyday life. Places are partners for me, not backdrops. I want to develop works that touch people, ask questions, initiate conversations - art that doesn't stand still, but lives. Themes such as sustainability, remembrance and responsibility towards nature and society play a central role, without being preachy. The work should show attitude, but at the same time remain open to individual interpretation.

The architectural view characterizes my way of working: Proportion, structure, spatial effect and details are at the forefront. I look for precise solutions that are functional and poetic at the same time. I see art in architecture and art in public spaces as an opportunity to transform the everyday and to charge places with meaning. Each work should be clear in its statement, but leave enough leeway to be rediscovered again and again.

My awards and realized projects show that art in public space can be comprehensible, aesthetic and socially effective at the same time. It builds bridges between people, themes and times. The aim is not the object alone, but an experience: art that remains visible because it goes on in the mind, and that takes responsibility for the world in which it stands.
